Shipping & Return Policy:
1. Returns:
   - Initiate a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
   - Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
   - Contact customer support with order details and reason for return.
   - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless due to our error.
2. Refunds:
   - Approved returns can be refunded to the original payment method or as store credit.
   - Refunds processed within 10 business days of receiving returned item.
3. Exchanges:
   - We do not offer direct exchanges. Please follow return process and place a new order.
4. Shipping:
   - Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless due to our error.
   - Production and dispatch within one week; delays due to natural calamities not our responsibility.
